Terms & Conditions of bdbatee

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bdbatee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing any part of the bdbatee website, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity offered through the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or rules published on the bdbatee platform from time to time.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bdbatee strictly prohibits withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Money laundering: Using the bdbatee platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity, including any attempt to disguise the origin of illicit funds.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or maintain a bdbatee account by any individual under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by minors.

bdbatee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• The player is engaged in or suspected of fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity.
• The account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory requirement that prevents normal operation.
• The player is found to be under the age of 18.
• The player has self-excluded via our Responsible Gaming tools and is attempting to circumvent that exclusion.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

bdbatee may also choose to close an account and return the player's balance for commercial or operational reasons, without any finding of wrongdoing by the player. In such cases, bdbatee will provide reasonable notice where possible and will process the return of any eligible balance within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
